How the App Works
Simply place your phone on the table and the app immediately communicates with staff. They will be able to know if you are ready to order, need service or a refill and when you are ready for the check. Most importantly, when the screen is green staff know that you are "all good" and they can spend time helping others.
The Short Story
Stoplight Service was originally designed for the people that may have trouble communicating in a restaurant setting. Feedback was so positive that we made some changes to try to make it a useful tool that can be used by anyone. Did we mention it's free for both restaurants and guests? :-)
